      Avantages

      Wix Campus is the best place EVER, many restaurants, many cool activities at the Wix Create, cool gym and amenities. Great work life balance especially for parents. Super cool vibe. I left because I moved country but I miss wix every single day honestly!

      Inconvénients

      Not many raise, salaries are not the most competitive compared to TLV tech but they are pretty fair overall

      Inconvénients

      Mobility is difficult especially if you are remote. Next to no raises even with record inflation. Since the genocide began, a culture of silence and fear that is destroying the mental health of employees and causing good people to leave. It seems like the head office has written the Dublin site off to be honest, because we don’t support their “war”
