Monthly commission disguised as “bonuses”, employee discount for company products
Inconvénients
No workflow process implementation, severe lack of company culture, no communication between front and back office (mgmt), weekly quizzes related to workflow process implementation despite a complete lack of support from mgmt and low pay, short-staffed and expected to work on call on weekends, discrimination, no organizational structure. STAY AWAY. Not to mention that customers tend to come from low-income backgrounds, are rude and impolite to another level. No room for growth, very little PTO accrued, no dental or medical insurance either.
