Avantages
Great benefits and open culture, not much bureaucracy given fewer management chains. However, unlike big tech, they won’t be able to match quite to the same level simply because BigTech is a public company and has a lot of capital, but Wealthsimple is still respectable and lets you learn more than you would at BigTech given open source toolstack.
Inconvénients
Not much here to say, great place.
