- Siloed communication - Unstable / Useless C-level management that got hired only because the company is private equity backed. - Aggressive offshoring strategy, people in London and Germany are progressively replaced by ressources from Bangladesh - The promotion system is unfair, and the raises are non existant - Technical dept problems
