      Avantages

      Real ownership and autonomy, you genuinely drive direction rather than execute someone else's roadmap, helped by very light process that keeps things moving fast. The ad-tech domain is substantial and technically interesting. Strong engineering team and a genuinely AI-first culture. Bilingual, international environment.

      Inconvénients

      The relentless push for speed and the strong bet on AI won't suit every mindset, it's a fast, high-autonomy environment with little hand-holding. Personally, I love it, but it's worth knowing what you're signing up for.

      ADN - healthy culture and strong engineers

      Avantages

      As indicated in the title, the culture of ADN (Voodoo's ad network) is quite healthy, there are things to improve, but all engineers are good, motivated (i think to fit in you better be motivated and driven yourself), there is no gatekeeping, no information hoarding, tons of ownership, patience, no ego, quite open minded in general, Remote workers are not second class citizens. Speaking of remote, it is super flexible, and unlimited vacations are hard to beat.

      Inconvénients

      cross-team communication and organization is on its way but could still be improved. It's also up to ICs but you have only so much mental bandwidth available
