Voodoo is, honestly, the best tech company I’ve had the opportunity to work for. The teams are highly talented, and the management is highly skilled. They genuinely encourage continuous learning and growth beyond your initial scope of responsibility while giving people the trust and autonomy to take on ambitious challenges. This environment motivates employees to push beyond their limits, and every day brings new opportunities to develop their skills. In my experience, the learning curve has been incredibly steep in just a few months and I'm truly grateful for it. The company also offers a profit-sharing scheme, which can provide a significant boost to overall compensation while encouraging everyone to contribute to the company’s growth and long-term success. The benefits and working environment are excellent: a high-quality organic/vegan cafeteria, free breakfast and dinner, an on-site gym, a barista, and fantastic office spaces in the center of Paris. The company also regularly organizes offsites, monthly celebrations, and team-building events. The environment is very international, and English is the primary language used in day-to-day work. I also found the recruitment process to be particularly well run. A Talent Acquisition partner supports candidates throughout the entire process, builds a genuine relationship, and provides thoughtful feedback on both technical and business aspects. I highly recommend Voodoo. I now understand why it is considered one of the very best tech companies.

I don’t really see any. It’s a demanding company, but to me that’s actually an advantage rather than a drawback.
