The company fosters a blameless culture where we investigate mistakes and learn from them as a team. Work is 100 % remote with only a few days each year required in the office, giving great flexibility. Teams enjoy a high degree of autonomy, owning their roadmaps and making decisions without excessive oversight, which is not common for a company of this size. The unlimited vacations policy has to be at least mentioned. How long a vacation can be is left to managers.
Inconvénients
The unlimited vacation policy lacks clear guidelines on how long extended absences can be, and vacation days cannot be accumulated beyond the legal minimum, making long‑term planning uncertain. While new initiatives use modern tools, the same team often has to support legacy systems that span decades, creating friction and extra workload.
