Perspective commerciale
Avantages
1. Great support for innovative R&D projects. One can approach with ideas and it might be considered if it's feasible. 2. Passionate R&D team which gives a very good work environment. 3. No-issues with work life balance. 4. Good salary-packages. 5. Senior management is really calm and supportive.
Inconvénients
1. Personally, I believe the working time should be with respect to task assigned and not with respect to minimum working hours. 2. Can't really think of any other!
