Avantages
Staff are generally really nice here if they stay here long enough.
Inconvénients
Everything is about cost and it’s constantly thrown down our throats where you are are made to feel you’re a liability in this company than an asset. This is from the CEO himself and Director group. Lots of arrogance and over bearing behaviour that turns people off and some leave. Some changes need to be made at the top for this company to go to where it needs too. Sales leadership is far from strong. Office condition is very poor. Old and dirty and nothing is done about it but told we stay there because it’s cheap.
