I would not recommend working at this company. The work environment is extremely toxic and heavily micro-managed. Employees are judged on unrealistic KPIs that have little connection to the actual work being done. Management is manipulative, often lacking both transparency and basic knowledge of the field or the IT domain they are supposed to oversee. Instead of providing guidance and support, managers tend to control every small detail, which stifles initiative and growth. Overall, this is not a healthy or constructive place to build a career. - no real opportunities for growth or career evolution - Worst experience of my professional path - if you value your mental health please avoid working here ! - The proof is their high Turn-over rate , that could be noticed from their old employees on linkedIn (T-crew) , rare are the ones who complete more than 1 year with them most of them leave within couple of months
