Avantages
Interesting hospitality projects with exposure to well-known international brands. The team is talented and the work itself can be rewarding.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, the working environment does not reflect the quality of the projects. Management relies heavily on micromanagement rather than trust, with constant scrutiny and little autonomy. Company processes are inconsistent and unproductive. Communication lacks transparency, and concerns are often raised only after they have escalated instead of being addressed openly and constructively. The office itself is poor, with very basic facilities and no real investment in creating a pleasant working environment. The HR department is non existent... There are also virtually no employee benefits despite expectations remaining high. Staff turnover is highly noticeable, which is not surprising given the management culture.
