    Avantages

    Only good thing here is you get to learn about latest technologies .

    Inconvénients

    Third grade management and HR with profit making as the sole principle
    Always show that they are hand to mouth
    Employees are treated as slaves with 0 facilities and respect.
    Monthly salary on time is a surprise
    They will offer you big salary initially but not think twice before firing you.
    If you are joining this company for salary hike please think twice , you might become jobless

    Please stop playing with lives and carriers of people, focus on employees and how you could help them grow rather than filling your own pockets.

    there are no PRO with this company

    Inconvénients

    1. Messed up company
    2. All ways client shoe licking
    3. No respect for employees
    4. company do not have knowledge on the application but shows master of everything
    5. Before joining you will be treated as king later you will be treated like slave
    6. If you are on bench then straight away you will be sent home
    7. If you are person with self respect please do not join this company
    8. F&F is big pain, they need an year to settle your F&F and that too deducting unnecessary amount
    9. You need to call and write 100 emails to them for F&F
    10. Standard answer is company do not have cash flow to settle F&F

    Before joining i had read few comments like this in glassdoor but took a chance and joined this comapny, the reviews wrote here were 100% correct. I felt i landed in mess so please please do not ever join this company

    Avantages

    Majorly worked on SharePoint projects, it is best company to start your career. Always step ahead in technology. I have worked on SilverLight, PowerBI, SharePoint, Office 365, BOT Framework, etc. and it was great experience. Potential people always get opportunity to groom themselves in different areas. Timely basis got opportunity work on different roles in projects. According to me SpadeWorx is "Ocean of opportunities". In last 2 years, salary never delayed (credited between 1st to 4th day of month).

    Inconvénients

    Sometime needs to extend working hours, due to aggressive project timeline.

    Pros? This word is not suitable for this company as they have nothing for employees.if you are on project then they will treat you like an employee other wise they will kick you off any day if you are on bench

    Inconvénients

    Full and final settlement not made on time and the finance department is worst they will deduct unnecessary amount from you FNF with out any information... seriously they are con

    Give salary to employees on time and change that finance head, he doesn't know anything

    Avantages

    SpadeWorx is a good company for people who are looking for opportunities to work on the latest technologies. I worked there for 3 years and gained core experience in the .net technologies. The senior management encourages you to take ownership of your projects and values your say in the technical decision making process. The company is professional in its operations as regards to its employees and my relieving was done in a very smooth manner

    Inconvénients

    Leave policies should be updated according to industry standards as it will encourage employees to put in more efforts.

    Please don't fall prey for it.

    First concentrate on gaining trust of your employees which is not possible I am sure, then concentrate on business.
