Negative points:
1. Lack of any plans, those plans that exists, will change every day.
2. Toxic management that never takes any responsibility. All responsibility for their mistakes will be yours.
3. An atmosphere of rumor-mongering, bullying, and a cancel culture.
4. Almost all strong engineers have already left the company. Almost the entire management, starting from the lowest level, has a very low technical level and lack of experience. The remaining engineers are unlikely to be able to teach you anything, except for such "soft skills" as spreading rumors.
If you are going to work here, I advise you to ask the following questions and ask for SPECIFIC answers:
- What will be my responsibilities?
- Is this a new position, expansion of the department or instead of someone else?
- Who will I report directly to? Ask to attend interviews and try asking technical questions.
- How is the interaction between departments or structural units is going?
- What are the company's development plans?
