Thank you! Fast growth is rarely achieved by doing the same thing over and over again. You need to always be adding new layers to the cake. This is a different type of change than constantly changing priorities, which I don't think we suffer from. But the point is true - Smooch is not a place for people looking for predictable, call waters. Growing 300% year on year is going to create some bumpiness!
