This company has an insane turnover — no role is stable, client delivery is shaky, and the owners love to brag about being “top 5 in the country” by using group numbers. The environment is toxic: co-ownership with the wife means constant irrational changes, shifting plans, and even CFO replacements don’t fix the chaos. In just 2–3 years, 80% of staff have been replaced. If you want to work with a real agency, avoid this place — whether as an employee or a client.
