You will not feel boxed in and if you have the desire to make a dent in the climate risk industry, this is the place to be. The innovation-driven culture is inspiring and the team is just wonderful and a lot of fun to work with. The company offers great benefits and off-sites all around the country, which is great and important since everyone works remotely.
Inconvénients
Even with a smooth and efficient communication, you will need to be comfortable with the work-from-home environment and collaborating across different time zones. Another challenge to be ready to overcome would be the ability to cope with change, but this comes with the excitement of starting something new!
