Avantages
All tools needed to do the job are available. Management is willing to welcome new ideas or methods.
Inconvénients
The more work you do, the more work you get but no extra compensation for it. So it is better to avoid working too much. The daily hours my teammates were doing were not healthy. Some team members were really toxic persons.
