      Great team mates, poor management

      Avantages

      There is great expertise amongst the team members, especially the facilitators. They have lots of real-life experience and are able to transmit knowledge effectively. The Intelectual Property has excellent content and tools. Staff is resilient.

      Inconvénients

      Management only cares about profitability for the new owners. They are turning a training company into a Software as a product company (SaaP), steering away from their expertise. There is no skills-based talent management, everyone has a limited range of action and going beyond it is stepping on people's toes. Lots of micro-management. Poor leadership.
