Perspective commerciale
Avantages
- Overall Pycom is a great place to work.Though people tend to only write reviews on here if they've had a negative experience. - The leadership team, while demanding, are fair in their expectations and hard work doesn't go un-noticed. This is a start-up, of course, which often means a hectic work schedule and tight deadlines, but the overall work/life balance is a great and happy equilibrium. - The whole team is great to work with and the culture at the company is very welcoming and friendly. - The CEO is a true tech visionary which gives the teams strong product roadmaps although prioritisation can be an issue. - Zero politics!
Inconvénients
- Tight deadlines at times. - Coordination between various teams can be improved.
