Roughly a year ago there was a change in management that threw the whole company dynamic.
There was a lot of ego, and failure to admit recruiting mistakes at the expense of many operational employees.
Today it is a company that once was modern and is now obsolete (and a bit desolate)
An example of this is pushing an employee referral program to recruit more women - instead of actually assessing what could be problematic in the organization.
Toxic environment with an evident tolerance for sexism. Harassement complains against the CEO went unanswered. HR complaints about sexist remarks swept under the rug. Yikes.
PS: on glassdoor the CEO is not up to date, the current CEO is not PF Chiron, who is a great leader.
