Avantages
Mostly great coworkers, involved in producing the best they can. Multi cultural environment, especially with the development of the Mexico plant. Flexible hours, remote days, unlimited PTO
Inconvénients
Customers all around the globe, so meeting hours can be as early as 7am, and as late as 9pm, and during lunch time. No woman in leadership team. Hard to get your salary reevaluated despite inflation and / or great work performance (acknowledged by leadership during yearly reviews, multiple years in a row)
