Avantages
The team members and supervisors are kind and helpful, and the standardized resources provided for grading student work make the grading very straightforward. The work is fully independent/autonomous; I never felt like someone was looking over my shoulder.
Inconvénients
Graders are paid by the student, and to make a decent hourly wage, you have to grade very fast, which can sometimes mean leaving comments that aren't very substantive.
