Inconvénients
Micromanagement constant de la part du président. Entreprise familiale qui est mal gérée. Les postes sont octroyés à ceux qui sont prêts à mettre l’entreprise avant leur vie. Aucun HR qualifié. Prenne n’importe qui pour payer le moins cher. Ne comprenne pas les principes simples de la gestion des ressources humaines.
