The environment was initially uncertain due to several leadership changes. However, over the past year, it has become stable and is progressing in the right direction, I don't find any downsides.
Management totally disconnected from the reality. Some engineering staff showing obnoxious attitude towards coworkers. Constantly changing CEO and product vision. Founder's ineptitude to communicate his ideas to engineering.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear of such behaviour, we have not received any complaints during your time in the company. The vision of our founder has not changed since the beginning of the company. However, following our engineering culture, we pivoted several times to achieve the vision/goals as quickly as possible. We would like to note, that in the 4 years since our establishment we have had only one CEO. We wish you all the best for your private and professional future.
