To be honest... nice people in general. HR is nice and seems to do their best. Location is great!
Inconvénients
Bad salary, bad benefits, not that great software (just ok), no consideration, BAD FINANCIAL SITUATION... I worked really hard for more than a year for absolutely nothing. I wish I could go back and not waste my time. They think we should always work and that Multidev is supposed to be my life. More than a year ago I asked to remote work because I was sick and I ended up working like 11 hours and managers were calling me non stop and when I couldnt answer because it was lunch time they got so mad, asking me why, that it is an honor to be able to work from home... I got really sick after this day. I almost break down. Despite everything, when COVID-19 hit they put us immediately on a temporary leave ...like the first day (March 16th). They just wanted to protect themselves and didn't think about us at all. One day I am working and at the end of the day they ask me to not come back. Insane... At first, I felt bad for them because indeed the retail industry is crashing with the pandemic...But my problem is that we had no news for months and the way they told was very brutal, as if I was just nothing. Also, they said "dont take it personal everyone is on leave we have no choice" but it was not true at all and they even hired people that is what a director told me so they just lied to us.
