Avantages
Flexible working, work-life balance, people are friendly and teams are very international
Inconvénients
My time at Mox was frustrating due to extremely poor management. There is a complete lack of vision - no clear goals, no strategic direction, and no real leadership. Manager was frequently absent and offered zero guidance or support, which left our team fend for ourselves and in constant state of confusion and disorganization. The culture is equally problematic, the company culture is toxic when it comes to accountability. Instead of focusing on solving problems, management is quick to point fingers and assign blame. There’s no ownership, just deflection. It’s not an environment where growth or collaboration can thrive. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy, forward-thinking organization.
