Avantages
The team was supportive, there were lots of iterations and code reviews that helped me become a good engineer, and I felt like they were always giving me challenging tasks that were just right for my level
Inconvénients
The salary progression is kinda unclear and not that good in some cases, and some teams have too much work in their plate
