I worked at this company for about a year, and my experience was unfortunately very negative. The culture is far from what is advertised. While they promote an image of being supportive and “amazing,” the reality is quite different: it feels more like a closed group or even a cult.
Management is immature and unprofessional. A group of long-tenured employees recently took leadership positions, but they lack real management training or outside experience. Decisions are bad and not mature, feedback is almost nonexistent, and people are frequently let go without explanation. Many employees are treated like disposable contractors, which creates constant fear and instability.
The work environment is toxic. Bullying behavior is tolerated, and there is little to no space for newcomers to contribute meaningfully. Instead of fostering growth, the leadership team protects their own circle, making the company feel more like a clique than a professional workplace.
The product itself has declined under the new management, and it’s clear that inexperience at the top has hurt the company’s direction.
I’ve seen multiple colleagues leave or be fired suddenly, some too discouraged to even leave a review. I chose to share my perspective because I believe it’s important for others to know what they may be walking into.
