Inconvénients

Talent come from the whole world and prepared to do anything to stay in country with huge salaries. Toxic culture, discrimination, scary behaviour, people crying in office, LxBx fobia, unsocial hours, management incompetence. Check on LinkedIn who had your job before and speak to them as things are team specific depending on managers culture, no other functions will help you once you are in their claws, you will avoid relocating with family and regretting it, as an expat you wont be covered by Swiss safety net (18 months of unemployment benefits)
