Goway is making a lot of profit, much more than before the pandemic, but has cut a lot on giving back to employees who are asked to always work more. Something has clearly changed as it was not like that before when we were less people and they were making less money. This is not motivating and many people who had been there for many years have now left for other companies, or are thinking about it. They have hired a bunch of new people, sometimes people with zero knowledge of the job, who are cheaper. This is apparently the new model they want for the company.
