Avantages
On the bright side, the team spirit among colleagues is pretty good. The project itself could be amazing if leadership actually knew how to run it.
Inconvénients
Terrible pay. Massive pay gaps between different roles. Management has zero trust in its employees. It's a "family" alright... a fake one. Constant lying. Never-ending micromanagement. People are always getting fired or leaving. No room to grow or advance. Priorities change all the time. No strategic direction.
