You learn much more than just performing your roles and responsibilities, which will definitely be valuable in the future. Speaking up, sharing ideas, and taking initiatives to improve the work environment, the products and services are encouraged.
Inconvénients
If you are not a person who shouts about all they do/accomplish, all you do may not be recognized at all because top management are not really curious about who does what. The salary range is not that good but not that bad.
