      Interesting data/AI projects with technical learning opportunities. Regular knowledge-sharing sessions.

      Inconvénients

      experience overall disappointing. The management culture seemed immature, with a glaring lack of clarity in internal communication. There's a significant gap between initial promises and operational reality: the team culture and day-to-day management are not up to what's advertised. The lack of transparency and constant pressure make the environment hard to sustain long-term. I do not recommend it for long-term commitment.

      Avantages

      I worked at Elaydata as a Java/Angular developer and had a very positive experience. The company provides a supportive environment to gain new skills and grow technically. The software culture is strong, with good practices and collaboration between teams. It’s a good place for developers who want to learn, improve, and evolve in their career.

      Workload can be challenging at times (but also a good opportunity to grow)
