Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Not much to say here except that they pay your salary on time - which is to be positively noted in KSA. Otherwise the advantages are very minimal.
Inconvénients
A couple of years ago they changed their name and logo from Sharaco to Dur and change the walls color with the hope to modernize a 40 years old company. Unfortunately, they are frozen in time - like 20 or 30 years ago. What's more, the executive team and most lower managers are more into serving themselves first and making each other life difficult than building a positive culture.
