Perspective commerciale
Avantages
First of all, the project we are working on carries great significance for humanity. I contribute on the sustainability side by creating content, and it is inspiring to see the strong interest from the construction world. Raising awareness and training AI to help leave a better world for future generations is truly meaningful.
Inconvénients
At first, I was a bit uncomfortable with the use of technology to measure employee performance. Later, I realised that it is actually about ensuring fairness, which no longer bothers me. I have noticed, however, that it can be unsettling for those who don’t contribute as much. Personally, I prefer not to have someone else benefit at my expense.
