A rich experience, with a more difficult ending
Avantages
I chose Cream because of its human side. From the beginning, it felt like a place where people are approachable and where you have the opportunity to grow, both professionally and personally. I really appreciated the onboarding process, the support from the teams, and the regular contact with both colleagues and clients. I also enjoyed the different training opportunities, the C-Form follow-up, and initiatives such as volunteering activities. I had the chance to work on some great projects, especially with my last client, where I learned a lot and developed new skills.
Inconvénients
When I moved and later decided to leave, I sometimes felt a bit on my own and wished they had been more supportive. I also felt that things changed once I expressed my intention to leave. It's a shame because I believe that, even when views differ, it's possible to keep an open dialogue and maintain a good relationship until the end.
