The company's strategy is very clear and sane, and regularly exposed to the team. Top management folks are very approachable and close to their employees. They come from hands-on development and are both great game makers AND business runners, which is pretty rare! Top management really understand the work that everyone is doing. The technology and support from engineering is great. The studio is entirely remote (and was so even before Covid) which helps hiring top industry talents from anywhere in the world!
Inconvénients
Remote AAA development is challenging. Communication suffers from timezone differences, but the benefits make up for it!
