      Avantages

      Salary is good. Great place to be if you want to learn about all the things you shouldn't do. Some rare talents are still fighting in the trenches. How long will they stay?

      Inconvénients

      Clueless founders with no grip on reality. Most of the communication happens in private chats. Public messages are soulless. Some teams disappeared in a matter of weeks with no explanation. US Sales team is dumbing down the whole company because Kafka is too complicated for them.

      Avantages

      - Great colleagues with who you can bounce ideas off, grab a coffee, chat and discuss. Makes it feel very welcoming to work. - Ambition and drive of everyone at the company to make a change and have impact. People are willing to go outside of their comfort zone for this. - Opportunity to work on a diverse range of things, make mistakes, own them and learn from it. Really fosters a culture of continuous improvement - Small Hubs set up in different locations around the world allow for in-person collaboration despite being a remote first company.

      Inconvénients

      - A lot of changes which come at once can lead to a bit of a chaotic environment. No more than most early stage start-ups. - Full-Remote can be a burden if you were used to working full time in an office.
