      - Salary package but only for some of the employees

      Inconvénients

      - Blame culture, abusive licensing - Safety culture is not the priority since new Maintenance & Engineering EVP has been hired - Cargolux forgot about its core business and only focuses on generating profits, using unethical strategies (niche markets due to pandemics, geopolitical conflicts,…) - Lost their expertise in engineering and their pioneering spirit - Stone-age means of working - Heavily promote bonus in media but internally, it reigns a culture of fear of management - New Maintenance & Engineering EVP is arrogant, disrespectful towards employees, selfish and has no vision
