      Avantages

      Very versatile scope of work that can get quite busy and challenging. On one hand, there’s a lot of pricing, work with partners, day to day operations and data. On the other, many detailed, tedious and precision heavy tasks. the pressure can be high at times, but the manager does a good job of balancing and pacing it. Great lead and friendly team.

      Inconvénients

      The company itself can be quite chaotic, but it's a part of the start-up culture.

      I've rarely seen management so lacking in support for employees, with non-existent feedback, aggressive communication and not even a simple hello when communicating with their team. There are no targets set by the managers, and everything is opaque when it comes to calculating kpi. A disappointing experience, despite a quick and simple recruitment process with good discussions with managers. I didn't think this could still be possible in 2025. In short, stay vigilant and be careful if you apply with them.
