-It is a typical French firm and is very hierarchial (even within the junior team members). -High level of politics and negative criticism is well embedded within the culture -Senior management/human respurces should review a snobby culture created at the junior level and endeavour to counsel the associated team members to treat people humanly and fairly -Especially when DEI is a growing concern within the financial services industry, some junior team members are completely inconsiderate towards fellow colleagues
