Avantages
- Awesome people - high calibre colleagues, with lots of opportunity to learn - fully remote work - £1000 allowance to kit out a home office. The quality of the "standard issue" kit is also superb - fantastic support for data community involvement - 1 day out of every 10 working days set aside to be off project and working on personal development - chance to work with bleeding edge tech
Inconvénients
- very few. The company is still very young and growing rapidly. There are perhaps some areas of policy and process that are immature, but these are recognised by the owners and are being actively worked on.
