Inconvénients
The feasibility of a project does not appear to have been thought through before an order is accepted. This leads to multiple projects failure, not only because of the lack of resources but mostly because of the lack of competencies required to fulfill the task. Lack of the right competence, lack of planification, lack of definition of tasks and responsibilities lead to a manner of working that is constantly reactive rather than pro-active. Product failure in development is not recorded nor investigated. Lack of cost control The lack of investment in a technology roadmap leads to products being too expensive and out of date Social situation is a disaster, there is a low moral and a lack of trust in the capabilities of the management
