Onsite Flexibility: Hybrid 2 3 days in office (potential to move to 4 days); anchor day is Thursday, second day is flexible

• Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension and conversion based on business needs and performance)
• Pay Rate: C$62.00 C$75.00 / Hour (CAD)
• Shift / Schedule: Monday Friday, core business hours 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day; overtime possible

Job Summary

This is a Full Stack Developer role supporting the TD Business Banking portfolio, with a focus on online banking and money movement features. The contractor will be part of a collaborative team of 14 people, working on client-facing projects with strong long-term potential. The role involves approximately 2 3 hours of meetings per day and interaction primarily with internal TD stakeholders. The contractor will not have access to any customer data. TD offers a great work culture, and this role offers the possibility of extension and conversion based on business needs and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver full stack solutions using Java Spring Boot and Angular as part of the TD Business Banking portfolio
• Work on money movement features within the online banking platform
• Meet deliverables and timelines as the primary measure of performance
• Participate in TD onboarding and knowledge transfer during the training period
• Collaborate with an internal team of 14 people, engaging in approximately 2 3 hours of meetings per day
• Work both independently and within a team environment to deliver on project requirements

Required Skills

• 8 years of Full Stack experience using Java Spring Boot and Angular
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, well organized, able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail; self-starter and adaptable

Preferred Skills

• Azure or AI certification (asset)
• Experience with AI-based development at the enterprise level
• Banking or financial institution experience
• MySQL database experience

Education Requirements

• Post-secondary education is an asset
• Azure or AI certification is an asset

Required Experience

• 8 years of overall experience
• 8 years of Full Stack development experience using Java Spring Boot and Angular
