      The other other reply is almost certainly incorrect... In web development the MVC refers to the Model/View/Controller design pattern.

      Impossible to enumerate an acronym w/o some context, but possible like an MVP - Minimally Viable Concept. (Based on software engineering position applied for and take-home project assigned.)
