*they ask this to put pressure on you, and to see how you'll fit in with their already extremely casual part-time/student workforce (you will be scheduling yourself as supervisors/managers don't seem to take on that responsibility, so expect that you'll get lots of emails/texts/phone calls from co-workers when they don't want to work their shifts and or they are hung over, and or when they are too lazy to get out of bed, etc).
