      Man you are 9+ years experience in Oracle DBA, how on earth you don't have RAC Installation Experience. Exadata I get it, it is expesive hardware and it installed by Oracle or Oracle vendors, but come on man, RAC...piece of cake :D

      Iam not a Exadata System Admin.. iam a Exadata DBA. Replacing disks is ok but if your company asks you to do other Unix SA tasks then they should hire someone who can do that.
