Hello, Congrats! There are only a few candidates invited to the Assessment Center (AC) (around 8-10). So good job so far! The AC is going be a "full day screen" so try to get a good night sleep the day before. As it takes some hours, I can only recommend to be authentic and to try to be yourself. There will be role plays and a case study to solve, but nothing really bad. However, I don't know the questions as my AC was 6 years ago...The most important thing they want to see is how you react in stressful situations, how you behave in a team and how you solve problems. Hello , My name is Reekhil Khanna. I saw your post that you posted last year regarding e.on IT assessment center which was in Germany. I would like to inform you that I have been also inviting to attend the assessment center for IT graduate program in June 2014 but I am also confused as they have not provided much information about the assessment center so if you could help me with what it's gonna be like?? that would be really kind of you then and regarding hiring now I am sure as you attended their assessment center in the past you must be aware of how many graduates they recruit for their EGP IT programe?? And can you also tel me about the activities involved in their ac like whether there was any technical interview and what was self presentation ?? I hope you won't mind answering my question and revert back asap
