The interview process took one month from initial contact with the recruiter Kevin to me being awarded an offer. The process consisted of 2 interviews, firstly at a team level with the programme manager that I was to be working with and another Project Manager. Secondly, with the overall Portfolio lead and another Programme Manager on a different account. I found the experience very efficient considering that there was multiple candidates applying for the position. Overall, any queries that I had were taken care of by the recruitment team whilst the interviewers were courteous and asked some great questions.

Referred by a friend 1st round with Recruiter 2nd round On-site with (2 people , a project manager and a program manager My View: I felt, I was really good. Answered all their questions and Interviewers also seemed very happy with my answers to pretty much every question. I had to follow up after 2 days to know the results and i was shocked to receive an email stating I wasn’t through and they found more suitable candidates Am i over qualified / Experienced for this role ? may be yes (In all humility) I understand All that matters is what the interviewers felt at the end of interview Atleast have courtesy to Share proper feedback if there were Short comings, I can work on them
