Overseeing the PMO process implementation & ensuring stakeholder expectations are met as per agreed scope,
schedule, cost and quality.
2. Providing leadership, best practices and highly customer-focused predictability to increase efficiency of the
organization project delivery capability.
3. Ensuring that the operational issues of the PMO are managed, focusing on the project interface with project
leaders, project teams, technology and interface issues.
4. Creating and promoting a collaborative environment within company, where knowledge and skills are shared to
facilitate efficient and timely delivery of services at customer end.
5. Suggesting valuable ideas and communicating project status/issues to business stakeholders and operational
management.
6. Working as the key liaison across all functional areas, including business units, information technology and
outside vendors.
