We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to take ownership of our residential sales division and help build the next phase of our growth. This is a leadership role for someone who has successfully built, structured, and managed high-performing sales teams and is ready to make a significant impact.
This position offers substantial autonomy and authority, including responsibility for recruiting, training, managing, and restructuring our residential sales operation from the ground up.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing the company’s residential sales strategy, building a door-to-door lead generation team, recruiting and managing comfort advisors, and creating the systems, processes, and accountability structures required for long-term success.
This is a true management role with authority over hiring, training, performance management, and team structure.
